1. General Information 
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the stay and services provided by OK Hotel, located at Slokas Street 12, Riga, Latvia, LV-1048. 
1.2 By booking a stay at OK Hotel, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
1.3 OK Hotel offers both private hotel rooms and hostel accommodations. 
1.4 OK Hotel is operated by "PRIVATIZĀCIJAS SABIEDRĪBA" Ltd, a company registered in Latvia under registration number 40003232391, with VAT ID: LV40003232391. The company's legal address is Brivibas Street 144, Riga, Latvia, LV-1012.

2. Booking and Payment 
2.1 Reservations can be made online, via phone, email, or in person. 
2.2 Guests must provide a valid credit card to secure a booking. 
2.3 The name of the booker must match the name on the credit card used for the booking. 
2.4 Payment for non-refundable rates is charged in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances. 
2.5 For standard rates, cancellation is free until 3 days prior to arrival. After this period, OK Hotel will charge the first night’s stay (tax included) to the provided credit card. 
2.6 Full payment for the stay is required at check-in unless pre-paid. 
2.7 Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-in and Check-out 
3.1 Check-in time is from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. 
3.2 Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request and may incur an additional charge. 
3.3 A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in. 
3.4 Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 
4.1 For non-refundable bookings, cancellations and modifications are not allowed, and the full amount of the stay will be charged. 
4.2 For standard rate bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 3 days of arrival, the first night’s stay (tax included) will be charged. 
4.3 No-shows will be charged the first night’s stay (tax included) for standard rate bookings and the full amount for non-refundable bookings.

5. House Rules 
5.1 Guests must respect quiet hours from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 07:00 (7:00 AM). 
5.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and hostel rooms. A penalty fee will be charged for violations. 
5.3 Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. 
5.4 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be charged accordingly. 
5.5 Unauthorized visitors are not permitted in hostel rooms.

6. Accessibility 
6.1 OK Hotel currently does not have fully accessible rooms or facilities for guests with mobility impairments.

7. Liability 
7.1 OK Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. A safe may be available upon request at reception. 
7.2 Guests must use facilities responsibly. OK Hotel is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of hotel property. 
7.3 Guests have access to free parking, subject to availability. OK Hotel takes no responsibility for the safety of vehicles parked on the premises.

8. Privacy and Data Protection 
8.1 Personal information provided during booking and stay will be handled in accordance with OK Hotel’s Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure 
9.1 OK Hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, and unforeseen technical issues.

10. Waiver and Severance 
10.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 
10.2 Failure by OK Hotel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.

11. Amendments 
11.1 OK Hotel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the hotel’s website.
